Ashley has been riding since age 3, team penning on the weekends she had off from the hunter shows. At age 8 she fell in love with Eventing, and over time learned to love Dressage. Ashley has been training with dressage instructor Audrey Zequirra since 1992, and trained with USEA instructor Jane Mill from 1999-2003. Through the years she has ridden with clinitian's such as Jane Savoie, Michael Plumb, Blyth Tait, Jimmy Woofard, and Nick Larkin.

Ashley has evented her Holsteiner Gelding "Landsalot" Novice through Prelim, and is currently working him at Fourth Level Dressage and schooling Prix St. George.
